What Amara does
Every buyer email becomes one card: who wrote, why it matters, the money at stake, and the reply Amara would send. Ranked so the biggest order sits at the top.
Amara writes the reply in your voice and leaves it in your drafts folder. You approve with a ten-second undo — Amara never sends, pays, deletes or changes a price.
Ask about a buyer, an order or your week. Every answer is labelled OBSERVED (read in your mail), INFERRED (reasoned) or UNKNOWN (honestly not known).
After each reply you record what happened, and the Scorecard shows which answers and drafts actually moved money.

How it works

Sign in to your Microsoft 365 and Gmail accounts once, in Settings. Amara reads them — read-only, nothing is sent or changed.

Before your desk time, Amara sweeps the emails you chose — the last 7 days by default, or any period up to everything.

Real buyers are picked out — orders, quotes, samples, reorders — newsletters and receipts are ignored, and the ten that matter most are ranked by money at stake.

Open a card, read the draft, tweak it, and approve. It lands in your drafts folder with ten seconds to undo. You press send, always.

No. Amara only writes drafts into the mailbox you choose. Approving stages a draft with a ten-second undo — pressing send is always yours.
Only the accounts you connect yourself, and only what you allow: mail for reading and drafting, plus read-only order history if you connect your Shopify store or Attio CRM.
Ten is the desk that gets cleared. Everything else waits in the overflow and moves up as you clear cards — so real buyers never sit behind a newsletter.
Every claim Amara makes is labelled. OBSERVED means it read it in your mail or systems. INFERRED means it reasoned from what it saw. UNKNOWN means it doesn't know — and says so.
Your own. Each person on your team signs in to their own Microsoft 365, Gmail, Shopify and Attio accounts — Amara never shares credentials between people.
In the UK. Your mailbox access is read-only, stored encrypted, and you can disconnect any account at any time.
