Terms of Service
Last updated 5 November 2026
These terms apply when you use Amara. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
Amara reads the accounts you connect, highlights up to 10 buyer conversations a day and prepares draft replies. Every claim it makes is labelled Observed, Inferred or Unknown.
You stay in control
Amara never sends emails, takes payments, deletes data or changes prices. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before you send it from your own mailbox. AI suggestions can be wrong, so check facts, prices and commitments yourself.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out by your team.
- Only connect accounts that you are authorised to use.
- Do not use Amara for unlawful purposes or try to disrupt the service.
Your data
You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide Amara, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in GBP at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Availability
We aim to keep Amara available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Connected services such as Microsoft, Google, Shopify and Attio are run by third parties under their own terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the outcome of any email you choose to send. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the service
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
